Suyzeko was officially established in 2013. Prior to that, we had been developing in the field of physical therapy for 7 years. So far, we, Suyzeko, have taken the lead in the field of physical therapy, especially in the field of red light therapy and hydrogen health.
Regarding the pbm brain bioregulation equipment, it was officially launched on the market in 2015. Before that, we discussed and experimented with many scholars and experts in brain health research in the industry, and saw the positive effects of pbm helmets on brain health from patient samples who have used pbm helmets.
Here we share some experiments we have done. In this experiment, we invited several volunteers to participate in the use. About ten minutes after wearing the pbm helmet, with the assistance of professional equipment, we can see that the rSO2 content in the brain has increased.
And in the process of using the pbm helmet, the brain temperature also changed after being stimulated by photobioregulation. In the early stage of use, there was no change in brain temperature; in the middle stage of use, brain cell activity reached its maximum and the brain temperature detected by the device reached its highest level; in the late stage of use, brain temperature decreased, but was still higher than the initial use temperature.
One of the experiments was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Complementary and Integrative Laser Medicine, Biomedical Engineering of the Medical University of Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine. showed a clear response of brain rSO2 to stimulation with our PBM helmet.

One of the experiments conducted in collaboration with the German healthcare sector organization showed a clear NADH reduction response, which means an increase in ATP associated with stimulation with our PBM helmet.

An experiment conducted by the Italian Brain Health Organization, in which 29 Italian patients were treated with NIR stimulation for 1 month, tested before and after, showed good results.

Conclusions:
This wavelength is described as activating different chromophores at the cortical level, promoting the regulation of cellular oxidative stress, neurometabolic and neuroinflammatory processes involved in different neurological diseases. Since our sample is a pilot study, the sample size is small, but it can start to increase our work on this type of NIR devices and prove its effect on daily life in different diseases. From the results compiled of the cognitive self-assessment questionnaire, in both time periods before and after NIR treatment (test 1 and test 2), a significant improvement was shown in the perception of symptoms in all the analyzed clusters: attention, distractibility, interpersonal intelligence and memory.
Specifically, patients with Alzheimer's disease noticed significant improvements in all the combined problems, with the greatest improvements perceived in the memory group. Patients with cerebrovascular disease perceived improvements
to the same extent. In patients with dementia, the improvement was particularly evident in the "focused attention" group. Other patients not mentioned in the results section due to reduced sample size also showed good improvement in all investigated groups.
